Meet Education Standards

Pass Necessary Exams

To qualify, therapists should take the following tests:

1. NPTE or MBLEx administered by FSBPT. You need to answer 250 multiple-choice questions in five hours.

Submit an Application

• Firstly, you can apply by examination. Download the form and complete it. Then, mail the notarized version with the fee of $115.
• Secondly, you may qualify by endorsement. Print out and fill in the form. Send the paper to the Department. The price is $125.

Idaho Massage License Renewal

Continuing Education

To start with, you need to have six CE credit hr. Accordingly, one is in ethics. An hour is defined as fifty minutes. Credits are provided for actual attendance time. You can finish the courses within twelve (12) months. They are available in a classroom or online. Seminars and conferences are acceptable, too. Arkansas also accepts them.
